The fact that sherlock cares about & loves him the most makes me cry every time. In that bomb scene, he knew how to stop the bomb but he let John chose either HIM or Mary. He- he just wanted to be sure is he more important than Mary to John!! And yes John chose HIM over Mary. John Watson will always choose Sherlock Holmes over anything or anybody.
