All KZfaqrs say about fog lamps given are halogen and not led. White led may not be preferred because - It is easy for us to process halogen light . And, that's why fog lights with yellow color are preferred by car drivers, especially in bad weather conditions. Yellow color is less frustrating for the eyes than blue or white shades. The purpose behind using selective yellow light is to improve the visibility.

I am still skeptical of this 4 speed gearbox as I do highway almost every alternate weeks and wish it had 6 speed gearbox. 6 speed, sunroof (kids wish and I started liking it too) and rear vent as always packed drives - are the deal breakers for me. How is the automatic gear box? Only 4 gears.

The 4 Speed TC is old but reliable. DCT gearboxes are really not suited for Indian traffic conditions.

Hi. I have been waiting for this car for quite some time and in meantime test drove Honda city cvt and love the car. Would you pls suggest if the new honda city has sufficient ground clearance. I own a xl6 and not very happy with maruti cabin quality. I wanted an automatic car below 15L with decent ground clearance

Really good explanation of this vehicle. Couple of doubts here. If we stopped in traffic should we need to shift to neutral or can stand in the gear itself. Second, comparing between Kushaq automatic top variant and SCross automatic top variant, I see spacewise and mileage Maruti has advantage. In addition to that everything looks same except for fancy ambient lighting , sunroof, cornering lights and of course the rear AC vent in Kushaq. Any inputs on this will be helpful.

99% of time one wont have any problem with this 4 speed automatic gear box...the overdrive on/off button is very handy on highways, should u wish to perform any sudden overtake maneuver.. Infact quite a joy and easy to use. Infact it does the same function as a (-) paddle shifter would do.. Just that its a button on gear lever and not actually a PS

There is hardly any price difference. Ive also heard that the Scross is likely to be discontinued soon. The daily average drive will be 20 kms, in heavy traffic though. Too much yelling, can hardly hear engine tone or get a sense of NVH, video content needs revision. Anyone who knows how to operate a cell phone can easily figure out what power windows, infotainment or climate controls do. What we need is a solid pitch from vloggers for S-Cross vs. competing cars such as Hyundai or Kia with a ton of features. BTW 2 & L transmission modes are not commonly used on highways, it is for whenever you need better traction on slopes and slippery roads together with hill hold assist. Would have luved to see a demo of that in tricky spots.
