coming here from Neutral it's pretty disappointing the dialogue is just the same but with a new coat of paint, especially compared to the Mastema fight at about this point in Chaos route which gives so much more to him compared to Mastema just fucking off in the other two routes.

yeah on chaos mastema is just desperate to kill you as in the event the schwarzwelt swallows the earth the angels have no hope o' brainwashing as many humans as possible and committing mass genocide on the rest

Mastema was probably one of the most twisted smt characters I've seen that wasn't a true antagonist.

@@FungalFury Biblically he skirted the line he had demons under his command and would test the hearts of man. He ultimately ended up a Fallen Angel due to it.

It's sad that this is not on the neutral rute (-_-;) Like, its a better idea to fight first a weak version of chaos and law bosses to right after the first battle they get their glow up as the Pilar and Foul so the real boss attacks you on the on neutral because they underestimated you. And in the Chaos and Law they get serious because you split hard on them. Because only fighting One shot Zelenin and smol Jimenez it's not as epic as the neutral should have been, with the idea that you fight both sides of the coin

On Law and Neutral yeah. Law has this fight, Neutral has you fight him in his normal Demon-Human hybrid form.

Because on the original neutral end you had to fight every boss, so they made it easier on you. The new Chaos route doesn't give you that luxury
