Recipe ------------------------------------------------------------
[Ingredients
Spicy Ramen
1 bunch chives
2 cloves garlic
1 pack shimeji mushrooms
1 package enoki mushrooms
Half a roll of Spam (low-sodium type)
4 sausages
200-300g kimchi
Natto (fermented soybeans) 1 pack
1 package salted squid (about 15g)
A good amount of cheese
1 tbsp gochujang
1. cut the ingredients
Put sesame oil in a pan and fry minced garlic over low heat to release its aroma.
3. Add kimchi and 1 tablespoon gochujang and stir-fry. 4.
4. Add 800cc of water (adjust according to the amount of ingredients) and bring to a boil.
5. Add the ingredients, spicy ramen powder, soup, and noodles.
6. Add fermented soybeans, salted squid, sprinkle cheese and chives on top.
7. Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
8. Finish with sesame seeds and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
