I don't know why Shawol, who watch reaction videos, forget to mention one of the most interesting facts about Sherlock which is; SHERLOCK IS AN HYBRID SONG of other two SHINee's songs included in their Sherlock album, Clue and Note.

Shinee is one of the best Kpop groups to ever exist, they are iconic

SHINee is such a gift to kpop, their music and style has inspired a lot of the newer generations of artists, but not only them as also producers and music critics have talked about their talents as lyricists, creative directors and composing in Jonghyun's case. They're truly such well rounded performers and artists so I'm glad to get to enjoy you discovering more of their music! ❤

"Lucifer" is the song that turned me from a casual SHINee listener into a full blown Shawol. Originally created by Bebe Rexha, it bangs! "Lucifer," especially the dance, was a genuine cultural reset. This choreo was considered one of the hardest at that time for a boy group to do and helped the general public and industry critics take boy group dancing seriously going forward. The body control and team synchronization involved with the tutting and changing formations truly put the SHINee boys at the top. This dance started SHINee's reputation as some of the best dancers in the industry and set the tone for their careers/image as dancers going forward. After this they began to take on more inventive, innovative, experimental, and complex dance choreo which really set them apart in 2nd gen. Oh, and whenever you watch a kpop dance practice from now on, you have SHINee and this song to thank for making it a standard. With the "Lucifer" dance practice release (recently revealed by Key to be an accidental leak), SHINee popularized and started the trend of kpop companies intentionally posting dance practices of their groups for fans to see. Prior to this, dance practice videos were few and far between. Additionally, they usually were actually illegally leaked videos on forums and fansites rather than officially sanctioned by the companies. However, SHINee made practice releases and/or performance versions a standard for a lot of their title tracks after this and that set the trend for other kpop groups to start doing as well, even those outside of SM. When it comes to song recommendations for another deep dive, I'll stick to the Korean title tracks (although SHINee has some of THE BEST b-sides and Japanese songs in the business): Dream Girl, Why So Serious?, Everybody, View, Married to the Music, 1 of 1

The concert versions of these songs sound so amazing. The rock versions of RDD and Lucifer are chef's kiss and of course the SHINee World Concert IV version of Sherlock is a classic for a reason 🔥 i hope you can also react to them

thank u for checking out shinee !! for some more reccs, they have a few other older title tracks from 2008-2010 that i think are all worth checking out (love like oxygen, juliette, hello, and amigo) all of shinee’s title tracks over the years have been amazing so it’s hard to pick out specific ones but in order after sherlock: - dream girl (rlly fun electro pop) - why so serious (rock!! a certified banger that i also recommend the live performance of) - EVERYBODY** (dubstep, i would def recommend watching a live performance rather than the mv) - VIEW*** (deep house summer BOPPP) - married to the music (halloween bop!! with a very silly fun mv) - 1 OF 1*** (retro genre banger !!! its soooo good) - tell me what to do (kinda rnb? mixed with electro) - good evening (synth pop i think? its a bop) - i want you (tropical synth pop + edm) - our page (slow ballad, its saddd) - countless (tropical house bangerrr) - DONT CALL ME** (hiphop!! its sooo good) - atlantis (pretty simple but a very nice pop song) - hard (their most recent comeback!! very hiphop) this is also ofc excluding their japanese tracks ! i also highly recommend checking out more of their live performances cuz theyre srsly insane live performers, esp ring ding dong live bc its sooo much better with less autotune!!!

I'm very happy that you reacted to other Shinee trousers. Ring ding dong, Sherlock, Lucifer and View are some of Shinee's most iconic songs but their discography is very large. Shinee debuted before Exo but two members of Shinee Onew and Jonghyun acted as his vocal coach. Each member of the group has a unique voice and they are extraordinary artists (both as a group and as soloists). Sherlock is a combination of 2 songs which were combined into one. Those songs were Clue and Note. Which they decided to combine into one and name it Sherlock. This is also the beginning of the phrase shinee's back! And onwards right up to present day. As to Taemins hair his hair was actually long like you see in the mv but then he cut it to the short look which is also seen in the mv. If you want ring ding dong authorities auto time watch the live performance of it which the live perfect Lucifer follows straight after. For me Sherlock is the best, then Lucifer and finally RDD. As you point out, RDD is a great earworm and as an interesting fact it was banned in exams because it's distracting, which is really funny because it's true. When we came back for the 15th anniversary, we could enjoy Sherlock Band ver. I highly recommend several versions from concerts because each time we could see a different version

Okay, sorry, third comment - SHINee are actually about the same ages as EXO, even though they debuted four years earlier! Taemin is younger than almost all of the EXO members. SHINee just debuted really, really young and were actually the youngest group on average at the time: 18, 18, 16, 16, 14.
