In this video we fit the gorgeous Ohlins FGRT219 forks and Brembo GP4RX nickel plated calipers.

Great video chief. I just purchased an Ohlins fork and shock for my 05 R1. Thanks for the valuable information. I work on all my vehicles and I appreciate the advice from a true great mechanic. Nice clean shop too!!

Curious to know the torque settings youve used for, lower fork clamps, top yoke and clip ons. Also caliper bolts

Hi, the factory torque settings are 35nm for brake calipers and the top yoke 26nm, bottom 23nm. We do not tighten the yokes that tight, especially if undoing and doing them up regularly it ends up stretching the actual clamp! Handlebar wise it depends on what manufacturer of bar you are using.
