I met Pastor Shirley when i was a little girl. My friend Larry Jolly she was friends with and he brought her in concert to the National Church of God in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He introduced her to me after the service. I told her how i enjoyed her singing and I said, can i have your phone number so i can call you sometimes. She was so sweet and wrote 2 phone numbers on a piece of paper and said you sure can. Love you Pastor Shirley. You probably don't remember me, but I know you remember the great musician and singer Larry Jolly whose gone on to be with The Lord now. May God always make His face shine upon you.

In her youth, when some of her contemporaries fell for worldly contracts, she did not fall for money & fame. The Lord takes note of such sacrifice that we might not observe. May she stay true to sanctification till the end wherein is greatest reward.
