After 15 years my lean muscle is missing😂😂😂 Lot of vitamins and minerals deficiency all the best. Many amino acids deficiency. Have in moderation no need to give up all of it

Sir I am your Big Fan. As per your Diet plan generally Sports person has to take 1.8 g per kg of weight.you said one podcast our body can digest 10 g protein per hour if we take more protein it's useless. So how can we take 126 g protein per day.if body weight is 70 kg. And one more thing you advise we have to postpone our breakfast to increase fasting window. And after sun set we have not to consume food so if the eating window allows us to have all food within 9 hrs how to consume 126 g of protein pls suggest

Rayan Fernando don't talk bull shit with us online. I don't give a fuck about an alive or dead Aamir u or Anupam Kher. I only want to know wt should go in my body after i get up till i sleep. Exact material , quality , time duration of consumption,method of making + quantity of each material told with a specific weight or number . Lifeline span is uncontrollable . cause of death has multiple roots but if i don't die because of nature or third party fault , its my duty to give my body the best possible chance to survive in this world as much as i can
