This one really resonated with me, having supported my wife through severe post-partum and then an acquired brain injury from a car accident. I agree 100% with the statement that the most unhealthy person lacks self-awareness. I've had to learn a lot of humility to develop my own self-awareness but I can say it has been transformational.
