This is the second of a two-part video in which I make up a hexagonal jigumi lattice with an asa-no-ha background and a kawari asa-no-ha feature. This is the piece I teach on my intermediate workshop classes.
Part 1 finishes with the completed jigumi and tsukeko attached.
Part 2 covers the asa-no-ha and kawari asa-no-ha patterns.
The wood I use is hoop pine, an Australian timber.
