Hows it doing now? I'm looking at buying one used 112k miles

@@hennybeauty6643 In December of 2022 I traded it in with 165K on it. It ran great but being in upstate ny with the winters and salt it really started to rust up underneath, random parts needed to be replaced. But most importantly it wasn’t the engine or transmission, they ran flawlessly. If I was down south I’d still have. I bought a 2022 Corolla SE, it’s a great car, but sometimes I do miss the space and awd of the Mazda. The CX-5 is wonderful, the first gen is the best in my opinion. Got me through college, couple internships, some big snow storms, and my first year commuting to my job (120 miles round trip.) Just make sure it’s been taken care of, and if I’m correct the newer ones have an optional turbo motor, I’d steer clear of it. If it has the 2.5 I4 motor you’ll be just fine! Best of luck to you!

@@sonnerlynntv2947 traded it in at 166k cause it was starting to rust out underneath cause I live in the northeast with the winters and the salt. But she was running great! No issues mechanically. As long as the car has been well maintained and not modded you should be just fine

How many miles does yours have? I'm thinking of buying one but afraid due to high mileage.

Just bought one. 6'3 and 300 lbs. Fit great. Even with a sunroof

1kg is around 2lb, if i recall correctly for mpg, idk though

all i know is that 40us mpg is somewhere like 7 or 8L/100km

You need to fix the shifter switch its a $50 part pretty easy to swap out.

It is very popular with very good ownership satisfaction ratings. Every head to head comparison with Rav4 and CRV puts the cx-5 ahead, in all respects except space.

This is no turd the crv and rav4 are worse then this is
