I have the same stuff that you have going on as well. I found your video on a fb group :) I would love to see more of your videos. I just started a youtube a couple months ago and it's so awesome to see so many other zebras on here. I believe I have arthritis too from weight training. They haven't diagnosed me yet but I can tell that's what's going on (I'm 35 so your age). It just started a couple years ago (the arthritis symptoms). And it's soooo true about listening to your body and how we're told to do XYZ for our EDS but it just hurts more than helps. You really have to find what works for you like you said. I love that you talk about the beauty in life
