Quashing/ discharge is thus a special thing to try, if client gets ready to cough up/ take the risk.. FIR is in place to see only chargesheet/ FR, nothing else and court remains in dark about prosecution story backed by evidence to be tested later. However, false case may have overt weakness but sometimes, it really does contain something else on the face of record at primary stage

Both the parties must be ready for divorce after which court gives 6 additional months to think, only then the divorce is granted, its not that easy in India.

@@Anjali_Rajput2303 Well the whole point of marriage is to consumate the marriage I can't imagine husband's mental health after going through this but if i look from the wife perspective either she should ask for some time to get comfortable and if she isn't comfortable at all she should just ask for divorce without alimony or any fake cases because it'd be really immoral if she does although courts will biased towards her but I'd suggest not to destroy that man's life who just wanted to marry

sabhi vakil decide kar lein ke 1 week tak koi case nhi ldenge for whatever their demands toh strike consider hogi ye. bhai democracy mein kahin bhi strike krwa Lo, ab kisan andolan 2.0 ko hi dekh Lo.
