Sir we got anticipatory bail in 498a, but in family court judge giving monthly dates to appear. It is difficult to take everytime family members. Pls advise what to do

Sir, Now a day's police officers arrest the accused person in a machenical way. They can't even apply their mind before arresting the accused person. In most cases after registering the F.I.R the I.O immediately goes for the arrest.

Sir, but can't we move immediately for regular bail after anticipatory bail got rejected if arrested by police

Regular bail is given after the person is arrested whereas anticipatory bail by the name it self is when person is apprehending an arrest.
