The term "leadership role" within most organizations/corporations has simply replaced the term "middle manager".

Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. I started investing with $150k and in the first 2 months, my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and get more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

Hi. I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second child. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks

@@Lourd-Bab However, if you do not have access to a professional like JUDITH ANN PEACE, quitting your job to focus on trading may not be the best approach. It is important to consider all options and seek guidance from reliable sources before making any major decisions. Consulting with an AI or using automated trading systems can also be helpful in managing investments while balancing other commitments

Putting replacements into P&L is what depreciation could do, IF we didn't have the Democrat inflation we're facing. New equipment will cost more than the old stuff. That's just another example of how politicians mess us up.
@winser21
@winser21 16 күн бұрын
Stop flatly blaming democrats for inflation. I don’t vote for them, but even Dave himself agrees that politicians aren’t the main cause of inflation on a short-term basis. It’s just an easy and lazy thing to point the finger at.
@michaelwoods4495

@@winser21 So where does the extra money come to cause inflation? Article I, Section 8, Clause 5: [The Congress shall have Power . . . ] To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures; . . . Do you want corroboration? Try Milton Friedman or Ludwig von Mises.
@winser21
@winser21 15 күн бұрын
@@michaelwoods4495 What does that clause of the Constitution have to do with Democrats? You think Democrats are the only ones printing the money? You think Democrats are the only ones who spend irresponsibly? Guess again. Congress ultimately has marginal effects on most markets throughout the US. Again, it’s just an easy scapegoat to blame the Democrats. Please do yourself a favor and look deeper into these economic issues and realize how much nuance there actually is.

5 team members plus equipments and he is netting 200k on 400k. That means is paying each team members 30k per year on 150k if we consider other 50k for other business expenses. You are absolutely correct that he needs to pay more!

@Rolando91flores Maybe bonus but not hourly. If he’s not struggling to find someone who can mow lawns then he is paying market rate.

It sounds like it but those are likely part time maybe with 1 full time guy year round. In landscaping if you don't pay market rates, they'll quit the second day. Turnover is huge.@tanpham7411 But I'm always for paying the guys top of the market wages. No argument there.

They're not forced into their job position, they can open their own businesses too or work for other companies.

@@jacobgarcia8224 You have a point! He could have 3 part timers and perhaps 2 full timers. Now that makes more sense. I am running a restaurant and I could barely make people happy paying 50-60k per year. We run on super thin margins and netting like 300k on 1.8mil revenue. This dude netting 200k on 400k revenue is awesome tbh.

@TheDjcarter1966
@TheDjcarter1966 23 күн бұрын
Sounds like he isn't paying himself FIRST, before profit and also sounds like he isn't doing to proper operating cost calculation like Dave explained. You have to pay yourself first before profit because that instantly lets you know if you aren't profitable. Also doesn't sound like he running things 💯 separate and mixing business and personal although he did say dividend so maybe he is.

Dave claims to be a very successful business person who is qualified to give advice to others. I don't believe, because he obviously is so poor that he has to wear the same shirt every day.

Not sure if you've noticed, but most of the attire worn on The Ramsey Show and other Ramsey-related media is blue. It's for congruency and thumbnails. They likely had someone in the design field come in and pick which colors would work best for the show. Dave looks good in blue (Find some older videos of him in red. It ain't his color.), and blue, psychologically, has a calming effect. That in turn allows viewers to focus more on the message of what Dave is saying, rather than the visuals of what he's wearing. Does that help?
