It's a no brainer United signing Sesko. He's got a release clause of just over £40m while he wouldn't commend high wages either. Perfect investment for the long term future

Guirassy isnt a deeper lying forward. Undav does that for stuttgart, and guirassy plays the stretch and high press. Sesko and hojland would be terrible together cos neither are reliable at linking play. Seskos a poacher and hojland wants to spin and run (only demonstrated in europe). Zirkzee could be awesome, but eth wouldn't know what to do with him cos only brunos allowed to create

I believe united need an experienced striker who can help link up the play untill we find a creative winger to play on the right for the long term. Surely Jonathan David would be an ideal striker, fitting the profile of a relatively young but experienced striker who can drop deeper and provide support. His support for Bruno and Mainoo would allow while the 2 wingers we currently have like Rashford and Ganarcho can cut inside and play like inside forwards and width can come from out full backs who thrive more wider as opposed to inverting.

Bit of a hot take but I think we need to need to stay clear of signing Ivan Toney in the summer. I dont think Ivan Toney would be a good match for us stylistically. Toney is from the same school of strikers as Martial and Berbatov... Strikers that don't like running in behind and giving us an actual focal point in transition. Thats assuming we continue to use a sole striker system. The other problem with those kind of strikers is that they stifle counter attacks due not possessing elite athleticism. Toney isn't a slouch but hes hardly quick either and he's only going to get worse from here.

@@jean-paulwalters8855 The only problem with the false 9 or deep lying forward striker profile is that it is way too different to what we got with Hojlund bro. If we want a consistent style of play then it would help to be consistent with the player profiles we sign imo. We don't have an intelligent squad. So why over-complicate things? If Hojlund gets injured or suspended we want it to be seamless to the point where it doesn't hinder our style of play.

Joshua Zirkzee is a Man Utd type of forward & can challenge Hojlund for the No.9 shirt & a suitable replacement for Anthony Martial so he's coming to our Club in the summer. We don't want Sesko or Kane or Toney or any Chelsea & Liverpool rejects cos we're not a charity but one of the top Club in the world that has standard to maintain!

I think Tuchel or de zerbi ball would thrive with a front two with wider wingbacks. But the best man for this system is Nagelsmann who is not available anymore. If he were, then Sesko should be a target but since he isnt, I think united should focus on other areas this summer.

Tuchel could still be an option as he’s played a variety of different formations at clubs (and been successful) I’ve got to admit I’ve never been a fan, but when you read up on Tuchel, he’s probably the most qualified to take the United job. My preference is De Zerbi but it’s a HUGE gamble.

Sesko has a £42M release clause this summer which is way cheaper than Toney. Zirkzee is a good shoutout though. I might favor him over the three for the price.

I also thought we could get toney for £35-40M back in october. Toney's going for £43M on Transfermarkt, and Brentford were originally looking at the £100M range in November (for Jan). Reports now say that teams like Arsenal could be willing to do a deal in the £60 range when the summer window opens up. So we'll see. But if both Arsenal and Chelsea are sniffing around, no way we can buy him at 40. If we could - I agree I'd take him over the others.

I’m sure Fabrizio said he has a €50m (c£42m) release clause this summer, so he’d be £20-30m cheaper than what you mentioned. But I do get the point about it being better to go for a ST who is stylistically dofferent to Rasmus. Will be interesting to see who we go for!

He has £42m release clause this summer. So it's a low risk investment, come on, not only analysis on the pitch we need about signing player, release clause also there. And he wouldn't provide Man Utd just to play front two, it's important to have similar age and physical consistency strikers up front making a rotation for the whole season. Making it competition, because Martial won't be there for Højlund. Come on, a whole season, we need a very consistent squad depth not just only a tactical point of view alone. What happening to United this season, injury crisis, is what we can call disaster.

No not sesko. We can't have 2 young promising yet inexperienced strikers. We'll be saying their too young and stuff next season. We need to sign ivan toney or someone else as our main striker for next season. For other postions, we need a cdm in youssouf fofana, two 2 cbs in todibo and anselmino and a right back in geertruida from feyenoord if we sell wan bissaka.

i would prefer 24 year old openda 20+ goals/season the last 3 seasons i would get him to alternate as we have only one fit snr striker. hojlund as shown a lack of being a consistent scorer Openda would bring that. Sesko's rumoured 50m release clause will give him plenty conditions and so he wont be joining a club without significant reassurances on things like playing time. We really need a goal scorer. Danny Welbeck on a free and Openda would sort us out i think. Openda will be 60m-70m but worth it proven scorer in 3 different countries. Hojlund in my view is still too raw to have guaranteed starts, we need competition so that he can start to push himself we also need competition for Bruno and a new 6.

It literally makes NO difference who we sign....they WILL NOT GET SERVICE from the wingers or Bruno. Hojlund is an excellent striker. Never gets service. Why are ppl so blind to this? Hojlund would have a stellar season if he joined Arsenal. Sell Rashford and Anthony and put in wingers who actually want to find a striker and watch Hojlund blossom.

@@AtlantisFootball how do we know that? We dont know the plan at this point. The only thing we know right now is that we have selfish low I.Q wingers except for Amad. So talking about getting a striker who will not get service is not the priority. We need to set up a creative environment before we bring in a striker. Other option is to do both at the same time. You should make a video on why the likes of Rashford need to be sold for Hojlund and Sesko to flourish

Our lack of chance creation is making it look like Hojlund isnt a good enough striker and it will be the same even if we got Harry Kane. Our lack of chance creation is ruining our strikers reputation and decreasing their stock. Im fine with getting strikers AS LONG as the club is also commited to buying wingers and creators that actually want to feed the strikers

United need to sign many other players - partner for Mainoo, Right Wing, Left Back, Left Footed CB, then Striker, but I would sign a veteran who can mentor Hojlund. The right winger should be a player that loves to cross because the service to Hojlund has been abysmal. I would love Frimpong.
