Hello guys and gals, it's me Mutahar again! This time we take a look at the reality of one of online gaming's most devious activities. Is something as harmless as a slight show of disrespect in competition really worthy of being banned and is the action reflective of real life horrors? Absolutely not. Thanks for watching!

I’ve been sexually abused so when people equate teabagging to sexual assault I’m more than a little pissed. It’s hard enough getting people to understand triggers are a real psychological thing and not just code for something mildly distasteful. I don’t think it’s necessarily good sportsmanship but it’s also just playful banter. A football player does a pose after tackling the opposition no one insists he should be banned. Maybe he’ll be called a showboater but he won’t be banned.

The guy that banned that team is so, so sad. Imagine being so uptight that you took what is probably the lowest offenses known to man, even less so judging by the footage, banned a whole team, and made yourself look like some kind of savior. Dude, you did nothing. The world is no different that it was before that call. Gaming is no different. He did nothing other than show what kind of person he is. In other words, he'd probably kick his own family out of their house if they looked at him wrong. I mean, you see how upset he got? Its a weirdness I've seen a lot in the US. Violence isn't considered bad at all...generally the rating comes from gore rather than the violence itself. On the other hand, just about any depiction of sex or sexual acts is immediately seen as "dirty" and gets pushed to Rated R, NC-17, and/or X.
@ThePenisMan

@@randomstuff-qu7sh well the process of punching someone isn’t quite the same as the result of gutting someone is it That being said violence is an age rating that does affect games marketing. @@randomstuff-qu7sh I think it's because sex is almost always a more mature topic. Technically, punching someone in the face is violence, but no one's going to be wincing and cringing if they see that. Sex however, it's always mature because it's a adult thing and there isn't really a "safe" way to portray it like violence can be. If I showed a video of two people boxing vs two people having intercourse, most people would say the latter is more mature. However, if I show a war film where people are dying in the most horrible ways imaginable vs two people having an intimate moment, it'll be a different outcome. Hope I cleared something up at least. As an actual SA survivor, it's clear this whole "tbagging is assault" is perpetuated by someone who has no understanding of the real world. tbagging in video games, even after what had happened, had never triggered or made me feel assaulted, it's a VIDEO GAME, not the real world, and the intent of the person doing the tbagging isn't at all comparable to an actual sexual abuser. I'm really annoyed and disgusted that some people are willing to compare and push a narrative that tbagging in a video game is on the same tier as real world, sexual assault. You don't get PTSD from playing COD. Just saying. Edit: TLDR; tbagging is and always has been a sportsmanship activity, it's the video game equivalent of shaking hands or butting helmets with an opposing team member. This in NO WAY equates to, nor should it ever be compared to actual sexual assault.

That's fine, but those people need to understand that their feeling is a result of their trauma, and maybe either avoid the trigger or get help on dealing with it. Then there are people who just think it's vulgar. And I agree with that too. So is swearing, farting in public, and smacking your food. But those are just things people do. I wonder how bots keep showing up, and the people make this, I'm guessing they are lonely ones, they just want some attention or its rebellion against the over offended, but even then no one really cares about these comments, what do you people think im really just typing this out to see if someone shares the same opinion or not

How many people played killzone 3 I suppose.. I bet Sony has a list we should get them, just get that shit into international court and you know be done with the whole thing.. that would be a lot of their player base given that it was one of their in-house flagship titles..

I said it on Charlie’s video, and I’ll say it here too. Equating T-bagging yo REAL WORLD sexual assault is a disgusting and disgraceful comparison, that undermines real victims. Wisen up people. I couldn’t imagine how gross of a slap it is to real victims. If you are one, know these people are jackasses. And you have people to support you to stay strong/heal. I’ll have to talk about this myself in a video because this kind of thing REALLY grinds my gears and makes me sick that this is something that keeps happening.

Thank you. I’m dead serious when I say this, in high school I was getting bullied, and one of my bullies leapfrogged over my head dragging his nuts on top of my head. Not funny. However teabagging is video games is funny.

Remember how Activision-Blizzard employees cultivated such a hostile work environment for female employees and covered up sexual misconduct within the company and then faced zero reprocussions and actually got bought out by Microsoft? The gaming industry actually gives zero fcks about protecting victims so this move seems so shallow its extremely insulting

@@laurieanthony1556 I couldn't agree more, women are most often sexually harassed in a professional work environment, often times are too afraid to speak out for a variety of reasons including but not exclusive to Fear, Intimidation, threat of losing a career/position and are often even ridiculed for not doing the "OBVIOUS" thing. People dont seem to understand that when you are scared shitless, it take a lot to "STAND UP" or "DO THE RIGHT THING" ill soon have my own video on this topic later this week going over this topic because i cant not speak out on such a topic.

@@TitanGainz another point is that whole "game experience is the same as reality" is only applied when it is convenient. Does playing a war video game for hours make someone a war veteran? Or any simulation game at all. Why talk to people and interact if games are just like real life. This may even be the reason, those people not touching grass from time to time.

This shit right here is exactly why gaming shouldn't go out of its way to be "inclusive", especially competitive gaming. It used to be that you either understood the competitive culture, made an honest effort to adapt to it if you didn't initially understand it, or you just weren't a part of it. Either you gatekeep your hobbies or you eventually get gatekept out of them yourself by people who demand that everything change to fit their sensibilities, as is clearly exemplified by this instance.
