I stopped buying it a while ago, I have a good position already.. 151 shares. Just reinvesting the dividends.. the position is growing by itself. Never selling it. But def not buying O anymore.

I’d say yes, O is high quality, undervalued and I’d rather have a pile of O shares than a rental property. One of 60 high quality stocks my channel focuses on.

I didn’t realize UK was their largest market. If you think this market was recently added, and O has merged with another REIT and casinos… O should be much much higher than it is as $50 was low when it didn’t have any of these new markets. O should be $100.

I'm still buying although my eyes are on VICI lately as they are under 28 bucks. O has been very reliable and consistent. Like you said, Walgreens is just 3% and other REITs have been hit also. They're still showing good numbers, thanks JP!

Its my biggest single stock investment im buying consistently every month. Im focused on the income it gives not the stock price appreciation because i don't want to sell it assuming it can keep up its dividend track record

Core holding of mine. Not much of a dividend grower, but it’s steady and I sleep well at night with a 6% yield. Hopefully their large acquisitions and investments will lead to more dividend growth in the future once interest rates drop.

Im at 97 dollars a month with O right now just letting it reinvest while I buy other stocks like jnj mcd and sbux

Hope you had a good 4th man. This was a FANTASTIC video. O has definitely been getting a lot of heat lately, especially with the recent WBA news, but it's hard to find a dividend payer as reliable as this one here. You did a great job covering it 👏
