THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I'm one of those people who can't date multiple men simultaneously--never have. Tried it and was MISERABLE every time I did it. It's too much--too many details to keep up with, too many energies to balance, too much attention distracting me from getting deeper with one man (or maybe two). So appreciative that you have put this out for women to see!

@@lovekavita Very much so! I stopped comparing my dating process to others and it lifted so much pressure from me. I have friends who date like maniacs and they tire me out just listening to all the shenanigans they experience. But dating one man (maybe two) at a time feels right for me.

I totally agree with you on the numbers game philosophy, and that dating multiple people isn’t for everyone. I love dating lots of people at once because of the variety and I connect with people everywhere I go - mostly non-romantic. I am completely open to falling in love with any of them and I’m the one in charge of everything that happens. I don’t go out with men in person who I haven’t talked to on the phone first multiple times so I already know that we have shared values and interests.

Thanks! I definitely did spend the last few years working with coaches and in therapy. My last serious relationship ended very badly in 2018. I have come to accept that I am more interested in a Relationship Anarchy type model for all of my relationships (including friendships) and while I’m open to monogamy it won’t be driven by fear and jealousy. I see this so often from women in dating groups, and I suppose it takes losing multiple people that you have loved to learn that you can’t force anyone to be with you and freedom in all relationships is my goal.

It’s great you understand what you want which isn’t necessarily monogamy. And it sounds like deep connection is important to you while ensuring freedom for all is that correct?

Once the man you really want becomes aware you’re dating other men. He’s either gonna check out completely or put you in the fun only box. Not a good idea ladies.

I think in the beginning everyone is allowed to explore. When no agreements have been made. It’s not ok for anyone to try to control the other.

I'm a man with good values...single now after a long relationship. As soon as I feel that she is talking to multiple, I bail out. No date, talk. Either we give eachother the full attention to bound...create inside jokes, feelings or bye bye. And I'm so proud that so many men with serious intentions are doing it! Only the chads play by the date multiple rule and and is good, they do tha dirty work for us.
