something i overlooked is that if you have C6 benny and are using him as a burgeon carry, then ABSOLUTELY lvl him to 90. burgeon is a transformative reaction that heavily benefits from leveling the burgeon trigger to 90. this video was mainly focused on his most common usage for the damage buff

talent lvl is definitely worth if you use him a lot, if not you can just leave it at lvl 8 or 9
