I’m on my second month of my loc journey and my loctition started me with comb coils, For me it only takes her 20 to 25 mins to do before having me go under a hair dryer

Actually works 100% I have mine in and they started to lock up but I have to start over because I was not wearing nothing on my head at night and my back messed up

I started with comb coils and the only thing i don't like is how the tips of my dreads are coiled instead of loced up like the other parts. Other than that its a good, neat way to start your dreads

Originally started mines with that method but after a few months I went with interlocking cause my hair wouldn’t hold up

Stick with the process. It’s always ruff at first. Your loctitian should make the adjustments

You can start off like this and then get into free form yes. It’s more like semi-free form 🔒

I’m on my 4 month but I got good hair but yo shit should be like locking if u got kinky hair or if u got good hair like me it might take another month or so and retwist your own hair unless your stylist know what she/he doin
