I have old shoulders,I am 52, and any shoulder mobility exercises are always needed.

thanks Shauna! id love to see some content about the hip mobility/flexibility! my biggest strength in climbing is my flexibility and id love to push it even further.

Thank you! I had a minor shoulder problem and these exercises have got me back to almost 100% just in time for the outdoor season to start here in UT. Also, you two are really cute and funny and congrats to you and Ned!

This is brilliant! I tore my rotator cuff while doing a route a year ago and I still have problems with it. I've been looking for a good climbing specific shoulder mobility workout, and this is perfect! Thank you!

I am pretty certain it's a big mirror. I could be wrong, but I think a tiny part was even visible in one of the other videos.

I love your videos!! Thanks, you're so inspiring in general :) Regarding the second theraband exercise (14:15), do you think it's a bad idea to do both arms at the same time? Cheers

You mentioned in one of these videos that you recently had knee surgery. Do you have a particular routine you're using in your recovery? I've been trying to come back from a knee injury too and would appreciate any tips.

Update: cycling pretty much cured me. It increased the strength of the muscles surrounding the joint and hence its stability, all while being low impact.

My dodgy shoulders feel great after that! Do you have any advice for shoulder rehab or how to avoid injuring them on the wall?
