It took awhile but I can finally get through 1 set of all 10 exercises without my abs cramping.. before I could only get 3-4 exercises in... Here's to progression! Don't give up!! Time to work on getting through 2 sets of all 10 ... then 3... then the world!

1 repetition = do it once on both sides 1 exercise = 10 repetitions 1 set = 10 exercises 1 session = 3x3 sets 1 workout = 3 sessions 1 day = 3 workouts (morning, afternoon, evening) 1 week = 8 days (do it twice on Sunday) and then repeat the next week. (the only day off is 29th of February)

good video! I'd recommend explaining the exercises first so that the second half of the video can be a follow along workout, but at the same time, your laughing around is quite entertaining as well so I'm good either way :)

Been doing some of Shaunas' workouts over covid period with WFH, sadly won't be so easy to do when pulled back into the office. But wanted to say how great they have been. This one been doing the longest. I really enjoy Shauna and Gracies interactions, most amusing. 'Can be any tinned food' lol. 'Tuck Prayer' When i start this one it feels okay and then each routine just adds to the pain! Frankly love the chat in between exercises as it allows me a chance to catch up with the girls ha ha. That and their losing count, I am sure they do more than 10 in some as I have been able to finish when they are way ahead of me to begin with. Congrats to Shauna on her great Olympics, sorry you missed the final but she looked like she thoroughly enjoyed herself.

Do you have a gentler practice that you engage in when you are moon cycling? A lot of climbing exercises dont promote womens rest days, I always wonder whether female athletes give their bodies down time during these days?
