I increased my shoulders by an inch doing these same workouts man! I just check youtube to see how other guys build their shoulders. Mine exploded and I only used 15 to 20 lb weights for shoulder excersizes man and you are right light weights are SUPREME for growing shoulders!

Una rutina así para mujer mmm no es mucho 🤔 sería hacerla dos veces a la smna, en el primer día la mitad de los ejercicios y luego los termino en el según día 😅

Hay personas que sólo tienen mancuernas pequeñas y quieren hacer ejercicio. Hay que respetar a estas personas, la dieta es lo más importante para desarrollar músculo. Y no sólo mucho peso
