هو افضل التمرين لازم نركز على عضل الفوق والتحت يعني يكون تمرين متعادل بين ال ٣ عضلات للصدر او لو تزيد عايهن اكتر من الوسط يكون افضل لان العضلتين هم ضعاف لازم نكبرهم ونقويهم
