Today lizzie has decided to ramble about some of their favorite underrated dolls! Underrated in their collection, anyway… I don’t talk abt my dolls enough basically lmaooooo I just pick 5 favorites and praise them endlessly

2014 was a weird time for monster high basics. I got my purrsephone and Meowlody first wave two pack in a toys r us in November of 2014.

At least she barks to let you know she needs help. I was looking after an elderly dog for someone while they were away and sometimes I didn’t hear him fall or struggle to get up so I’d walk into the room and see him quietly (as in not making any vocalisations) struggling or sitting flomped on the floor looking depressed :(

I love Abbey Music festival. She is so pretty. No glue in her hair too, great hair. I had recent glue head disasters in my MH collection. I will check all my dolls. The vinyl on some dolls has been discoloured by the evil glue inside the head. I can't believe it. Damn glue.

I had glue issues before but it seems it is becoming worse on dolls that were ok before. Being in storage or on display make no difference. Luckily, there are many MH G1 dolls without glue heads. I would advise anybody who wants to buy G1 dolls second hand even in box to not pay extortionate prices. I still thrift them and I only buy the dolls without any glue (soft heads).

It actually could've still be late 2012 when you got into them as the Scaris movie came out in march 2013, the dolls themselves (excluding Catrine and the Cleo & Lagoona 2 pack) came out November-December 2012! Unless you meant when the move itself came out is when you got into them :D

it is a custom that was found at the flea market by courtly actually 😅 although the base doll is rochelle goyle wearing ashlynn ella’s dress from ever after high. we still don’t know who originally made the custom though so i am sorry if you were thinking about commissioning whoever did the custom 😖
