I really like the edit and the transitions, you did a great work! Hear me out for one thing - He is not the arrogant one, he is not the selfish one, he is always speaking his mind and that is what bothered the Manchester United board. They didn't want someone else but themselves to give directions and what to and what not to do. He didn't get sacked because he was not doing his job well, he got sacked because he was speaking freely of how to improve the team and the staff overall but nobody was there to listen. He got tired of it and while on a conference with a board, exchanged few words and decided to part ways. Of course, the media will make him look like a bad guy since he was the one shutting them all up and not the board.
