1. 아보카도 하나를 손질해 볼에 담아 레몬즙, 후추, 소금, 올리고당을 넣고 으깨주세요
2. 새우 6마리에 소금, 후추로 밑간을 해주고 버터를 두른 팬에 구워주세요
3. 소스를 만들 양파를 잘게 잘라 마요네즈, 레몬즙, 올리고당을 넣고 섞어주세요
4. 베이글을 반으로 잘라 버터에 구워주세요
5. 베이글에 만들어둔 아보카도, 새우, 소스, 새싹을 순서대로 올리면 새우 아보카도 베이글 완성!

1. Mash one avocado in a bowl with lemon juice, pepper, salt and oligosaccharide
2. Season 6 shrimp with salt and pepper and bake in a buttered pan
3. Cut onion into small pieces for sauce and mix with mayonnaise, lemon juice and oligosaccharide
4. Cut bagels in half and bake in butter
