I used to cook a lot. Life circumstances changed & now it is microwaveable food only. The upside is that I have learned how to cook some amazing things in the microwave. Once I am back to having a usable kitchen I will be trying this.

Thanks for your feedback! We appreciate your honesty and understand that potatoes might not be everyone's cup of tea however thinking outside the box often results in some delicious results and this was no exception. This casserole was initially used as a breakfast casserole, and the tater tots complemented the dish. Using noodles would be another GREAT option. The sky is the limit to however you like to customize. Happy cooking and thanks for the suggestion; others may also choose to use NOODLES:). Happy New Year! I understand, that not everyone is a fan of Tater Tots. You can swap them out for noodles or rice which you may like better. If using noodles cook them for half the time before adding to your casserole. Allow them to completely cook in the oven. Reduce the cooking time in the oven by approx 15-20 min. Did you watch the save video that I did? There was no metric measures at all. And sounded fine. Music wasn't loud. Real think you missed the mark on this .

Haha, unfortunately, I can't change my natural voice as that would require throat surgery and in this economy, it's a bit of a stretch. I will however always strive to improve my content although you can never please everyone.
