I change my sheets every Friday. I was conditioned/trained to change every Friday because my mom did it. As long as I can remember, Fridays were changing sheets and washing clothes. Saturdays were mopping/waxing floors/disinfecting the bathrooms, kitchen and Sundays were reserved for church and family dinner after church. I still do this today! RIP The Best Mom in the World! Thank you for showing/teaching me how to be clean!

I do work 2 jobs, and wash sheets EVERY week. Sometimes twice because Serious Hot Flashes are no joke!!! So I keep a set of sheets ready.

Every week. Pillowcases 2 times a week. Sad story... I have a nephew that stayed with me for a couple of weeks. He was 12. When he saw me putting fresh sheets on the guest bed, he asked me what I was doing.. he had never had sheets on his bed. I can't believe that my brother was ok with living that way.

Not dirt, its dust mites and demodex mites that have grown out of control from the abundance of skin particles. Then they start eating and wasting on your live flesh and itches

Imma be honest i change it every two weeks because i take it the wash house with my blankets because it takes me 1hr tops because my indoor W/D in my apartment doesn't get that hot and imma be sitting there all day and night trying to get them to completely dry

I have 10 sets of sheets and change them sheets very often. Just the fact that your skin sheds skin cells and the oils from hair and maybe even sweat. I like to sleep fresh and clean.😊 #bymyself😂

I sleep alone and wash all my bedding every other week. I also disinfectant, spot clean(if necessary), and air dry my mattress and anything else that can't go or fit in my washer and dryer during this time.

Every week before menopause… since the hot flashes and night sweats started 2-3 times a week. Depends on how bad they are. Even when my husband and I have “ relations” I keep a soft blanket handy to throw don’t right quick 😂😂😂

Yep Shuler it should be at least weekly! sum ppl twice weekly (I know this one couple wife who does).. My home is every Sunday! fresh for the week is what I instilled with my family. 😊
