lmaooo yess like i always sat alone , never talked to anyone, was always so shy, had few friends but always sat in the corridor (some was due to a phobia (long story lmao) so any change would make me v anxious) but yeah otherwise i was probs the most quiet person in my year group i think everyone else had confidence

there are at least 700 pupils in a school and 40 teachers. For all, you know Joshua could have not had that teacher so he would never know him. Or they teach so many kids they forget about him until they see him. So it's not a bad thing... You are looking at it the worst way possible.

Lmao your not aloud to talk to my head teacher. Then only time I’ve ever spoke to her was when I was in first year and thought I was so cool for running away from school. In the end I got caught and went to her office 🤣 have to admit as a fourth year I haven’t ran away since. It was terrifying

Back when I was in secondary school (4 years ago, Jesus) I was exactly the same as Josh. I was the "quiet" one, no one really bothered me, everyone knew who I was but didn't know anything (if much) about me. Until Year 10 when I decided I wanted to become a Senior Prefect. I had to write a speech and try to make myself stand out. Which I did and I'm glad that I had the confidence to actually push myself to do it. Seeing Joshua win the Head Boy position made me so happy and proud of him. I even cried when he won. I relate a lot to this and it's just nice to see us "quiet" ones get the confidence they want to push themselves through scary times. Congrats Josh, you earned it.

Let’s be honest, a teacher isn’t one of those great jobs people dream of because it isn’t a good job. A lot of teachers relate to the “bad” kids cos they understand their difficulties; goodie goodies go on to be lawyers or whatever they want.
