Sir 🙏 My father became martyr in Siachen..2010 August while he was on Ambush..A sudden cloud burst trapped 32 Indian ARMY soldiers along with my father. He was a JCO of Indian Army..served there for 1.5 years. Subedar Gunanidhi Panda ,Bihar Regiment.🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

Nice video on Siachen Glacier. However not many people are aware that lot of action took place in Siachen during the Kargil war also. My husband Maj Shyamal Sinha,VrC was awarded the gallantry award for his bravery on PT 5770 which is a very strategic location in Siachen during the Kargil war.

Siachen Khaa to liya hay per abb India k ghally ki haddi ben chukka hay , its consuming half of billion dollars every year . but same is the case with Kashmir which is consuming 65 billion dollars every year :P

Real threats is not from Pakistan anymore but we have to deal with dragons so as much my concern it is better to spend more money and keep protect our soldiers as much as we can and not leave the position which we occupied after the Operation Meghdoot. We need to talk to doctors, engineers, scientists so that we can make Siachen more accessible which will eventually help us to save our position as well as our Soldiers. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
