From snow and ice to flowering Daffodils and Snowdrops... watching the seasons changing in the woods is very special indeed.
We are now at the end of February and there are signs of Spring and life returning everywhere we look. Especially so along the riverbank, with the spear-head leaves of the Wild Garlic pushing up through the earth. We harvest Wild Garlic for use in the kitchen - if you are called to learn more, I recently published some information on Patreon "Extra Content".
