Here are signs (I’m a women) -She looks very conscious when she is siting -Bathroom breaks -Asking for Ibuprofen -Maybe a little moody (my friends show it, but I don’t show it when I am around people) -She looks like she is in pain

Here's a a good sign: you ask her to do something physical, like play sports, swimming, etc., and she's like, "I don't feel good, not today." That's happened to me and other girls I know, lol.

when i'm on my period i am never moody just pain on the 2 first days. I'm just living my life like i always do :-)

Its quite easy to tell when a girl is on her period,e.g when you see these signs on a girl. 1.she looks at her behind too much or asks you if they have something on their pants/skirt 2.mostly goes to the toilet a lot of times but takes time more longer time than usual 3.Gets tired easily doing sports/doesn't go for a swim,but if they do,then once they went 'out' of the swimming pool,they'll 'immediately get out' and walk away ASAP 4. They wouldn't go out of home much due to cramps and ask family,friends/trusted person to buy period pads or something for them(it can even be their brother/boyfriend to shop pads for them,NOT just GIRLS because I've went shopping and saw a guy buy pads before,unless the person is really shy,they would ask a girl to buy pads) Notes:All of this is based on my experience on younger girls. For mature ones,I'm sure they can hide/handle it well because they have more experience than me,and I probably have some things wrong because every girl is DIFFERENT

They might be tired, have breakouts and pimples, get lots of cravings (especially chocolate), and be really moody and/or cry haha

Lol maybe I'm just creepy but I always observe everything my friends do. I have one friend who has a bunch of bags and she tends to use larger bags to put the pads in, she also gets really moody so she smells like tears. Another one of my friends always walks with her feet pointing straight and when she is on hers, she walks with her feet pointing out a little bit. They also tend to mess up their makeup out of frustration and their hair is messier than usual. In class they daydream more and tend to stare at their desk with their hands in their lap. They always do things really slowly like getting up out of their chairs after everyone already has because "the more movement, the more pain."

We get really tired sometimes moody when we have craps, we wear really comfy clothes or we stay in bed and pyjamas all day everyday!! And we don't want to be touch!!! + girls on they're dont have any particular smell unless you don't wash!

Know a lot of girls and can confirm this. * mood swings and bitchy attitude. * goes to the bathroom a lot on those particular days * lying face down, usually at home, the entire day * you see her taking pain relief medications. She'll say it's a migraine. Yeh right. Haha. I know this because I see ladies buying ibuprofens all the time in drug stores.

mood swings, cramps, if they dress in sweats and t-shirts, lots of chocolate/cravings, crying, and idk about anyone else, but i hurt alot down there when i'm on my period, especially when i try working out. in general, its just super painful both emotionally and physically.

I feel like a good one would be to see if their quietly groaning bc of the cramps and it's really really painful. Real story in my science class I teared up bc my cramps were so immensely painful, but obviously I don't want to talk about my period at a table with boys bc teenage boys usually still treat it like a joke until maybe at most senior year they get slightly more sympathetic about it

I go through so many emotions (happy, angry, sad, then start over), crave chocolate or ice cream like it's a juicy burger, cramps, sore breasts, bloated, a few pimples pop up & I'm extremely tired. I could sleep a day away. Oh, & then I'm frustrated that I'm moody. 🤦‍♀️

I isolate myself from the world and any social interaction for the first day or two. It's better for everyone that way.

My grandma is one of them people that she thinks it's any normal part of the day like she forgets about mood swings and she don't buy chocolate I save money so I can buy it myself when I'm on my period the only thing she supports is cramps but the rest she's old and forgets about stuff

also you always have to bring your bag in the bathroom with you for your pads or tampons
