Got mine 6 days ago 3 weeks shipping time which was free . Package came undamaged, Charged the battery to full capacity but after 15 mins of breaking in, it broke. As a first time rc goer, i wouldn’t recommend the frustration that Banggood Customer service and technical service has to offer , they are absolute rubbish save your $$$ and buy from your local hobby store 👍 thank you Kevin for always putting in great reviews ! Unfortunately I am not having the easiest time with banggood. Cheers from California 🔥

I bought this car in July. I've just got one of two Tamiya TA03s working today. The car is a great way to get into the hobby it's crazy fast and fun to drive and quite durable. The motor does run crazy hot though after multiple batteries. The parts are also quite cheap for it and due to the price of the thing you don't get too upset when things break 😂😂😂

Good throw and review/test! So nice to see the same conclusion as I had! Several people commented to me and said I was a poor driver and they could handle it better and get it up to 70 kph easy :-) Ha ha, what a laugh. Yeah, I found it impossible to get it up to full speed too. Just tumbles. Yes, overpowered, uncontrollable, durable and great fun for the price :-) Thumbs up.

They are fast, but completely uncontrollable at high speed. There is just too much play everywhere.

I don't even think it's the play so much, it's just too powerful for the wheelbase, track width and weight. There's so much accelerative force behind it and it takes the path of least resistance, especially if the tyres dare to hit a rut etc.

Has anyone tried swapping almost everything to metal, I want to get either a 949 or a 959 for driving fast and for building/ switching everything to metal but I don't want to waste my money if it's still uncontrollable after metal parts....

4 of us bought these for lunch time tear ups at work. The model with the 540 has ball bearings in wheels and diffs, and metal cups on the diffs. the 380 motor version just has bushes, worth getting the faster one and buying a smaller motor for like a fiver.

I think this car will be great for speed runs with some added spoilers on the front and rear and perhaps a wheelie bar. This little car promises to be a real speed demon with a few simple mods. 13T brushed 540 oh my days!

So over powered 👌😂 I reckon locking the front and rear diffs will help keep it straight and get close to the top speed. Great video 👍 I’ve just ordered one going to lock the diffs 😊

@@ezicarus8216 Just had second look - It's definitely a brushed motor mate(only got 2 wires-black and red) - I think the "b" just stands for bigger referring to the motor.. ATB.
