Masters is a joke. He says the PL can't let anyone know when the City case will be heard as it might be predjudicial, but they were baying for Everton to receive the maximum punishment BEFORE the independent panel had finished it's work, which presumably they see as non-predjudicial. Let's also not forget that the PL was aware of the Everton situation for a few years AND sanctioning Everton's transfer business since the club made them aware of the issues. And no, despite the fact that I'm an Everton fan, this is not a defence of what's gone on, merely an ilustration of the double standards that they are stretching out, presumably until the PSR rules are changed and suddenly, City have no charges to answer.

Have the bookmakers there, not been taking bets on what place they will finish or whether or not they’ll be relegated? Propositions that were affected by the points deduction and would be affected again by a reduction of the deduction? Just curious how that kind of thing is handled. I’m sure people make wagers at the beginning of the season on where a team will finish. Our deductions and appeals, and any outside influence on the points totals taken into account?

If mitigation circumstance are took into account from 1st, hence points back, surely that affect ts 2nd charge.

What a co-incidence that the club immediately below Everton is Luton, who received a 30 points deduction about 15 years ago. I think Luton will be looking at Everton's treatment very carefully.
