Hello Simon! If this coment gets til you and you could answer on it, than it would mean a world for me! You always say to embrace infinite mindset. And usually you speak about business/company as whole. How do i implement that in part of company that is under my lead? I can’t imagine how i can do it in way that fulfil purpose of my team I’m leading and make an infinite vision which would me a goal, a light in end of tunnel. Do you understand what i mean?

It’s hard for me to understand why others don’t have this same mindset. The key is to help them consider the bigger picture, even if they don’t become leaders, they understand the importance of their role.

make no mistake....the ones that mean the most are around the Christmas Tree each year.....it ends up not being those you work with. The civilian world will always be this way and Simon can make a living at it. Military gets it and needs to based upon the risk it manages in the world. Much larger impact than any corporation.
