It was time to replace our old compost bin so we made a new one out of an old 50 gallon trash can. Composting isn't hard. Even if you don't care about the environment, composting can save you money. We already had this trash can because it used to be our can recycling bin but I stopped drinking canned drinks so we no longer needed it for that purpose. If you can't still buy these at the store, you can substitute it with another plastic garbage can.
