Rice is LIFE! I make garlic rice, coconut rice, and yellow rice (arroz con gandules) all of the time. Needless to say, my family doesn’t know what to do if there’s no rice with dinner 😆 I make my garlic rice slightly different though. I sauté the garlic in the rice pot, add just a touch of my homemade sofrito, and then add the water & rice and let it cook.

My heart says a lot of garlic too. ❤️

I am Filipino and we use cooking oil only. We add salt while cooking the rice and not just sprinkling it on the plate. A wok is better than a pan.

Or you can also add chili garlic sauce and chili oil hahaha youll love it
