Steamed Pandan Cake
Serve : 6 pcs (5.5cm huat kueh mold)
Ingredients :
1 egg
55g caster sugar
70ml pandan juice (100ml water + pandan leaf juice, filtered)
30ml corn oil
100g low-gluten flour/All Purpose Flour
4 g baking powder
Method :
1. Beat eggs and sugar .
2. Add pandan juice and stir well.
3. Sift in flour and baking powder and mix into a uniform pandan batter.
4. Pour the batter into a cup, steam over medium heat for 12 minutes after the water boils.
5. Remove from the mold after cooling.
