Living in Gorbio really is like living in the past! It is so beautiful (and peaceful) to see the stone houses, narrow streets, and alleys - but the best part - there are no cars in the village! I love that there are flowers in February - both cultivated roses and wild dandelions growing and reaching for sunshine. It is truly lovely! Thanks for the recipe! You've inspired me.
