An epic trip to the mountains with the pups yet again! This time filled with howling wolves, pink sunsets, caribou tracks and more. A splendid stay indeed, grateful to get outdoors and cook up delicious food. A massive 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮 to our KZfaq Family, you Rock! ❤️
~ No Bake Frozen Cheesecake with Berries ~
Ingredients
- 2 packages French butter cookies (can substitute graham crackers)
- 2 tbs unsalted butter
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup canned coconut cream
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- juice of lemon
- 1/2 cup blueberries and lingonberries (can substitute any frozen berries)
Preparation
1. Crumble cookies for crust.
2. Melt butter, mix into crust crumbles and push into a container of your choice.
3. Melt cream cheese and coconut cream, mix together well. Remove from heat, add vanilla, maple syrup and lemon juice.
4. Pour mixture into container with crust, add topping.
5. Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy!

The year my Dad died I took his tackle box and went fishing. He made his own lures. I lost one while fishing and it broke my heart. I went a year later to that same spot, I guess God decided I needed it back. I caught it with my hook! I was soooo excited! I treasure every one of them now!

I think you two are getting "hardier" if that's even possible. This is the first video of yours where I have thought "I just couldn't", and I haven't missed a video in 3-4 years. I watch you guys and it reminds me of my Dad who passed in 2020. He was stationed in Nome during his Army days back in the early 1950"s. He loved being there and had many stories. My wife and I visited Alaska for the first time in 2022. I saw the beauty in his stories come alive. Thank you for your glorious videos depicting the majestic landscape that is Alaska!

Ive got to give you guys credit for having this all figured out. Buying a new place putting lots of money into it,buying all kinds of equiptment and new toys travelling going fishing ,hunting ,riding snow machines and staying in beautiful places without having to work a 40+ hour a week job . I'm okay watching you guys working around the house, the chicken coop, and building stuff. However, these cabin adventures take things to another level, that is really a spectacular showcase of the Alaskan wilderness. It's great to be able to tag along. Those wolves will follow the Caribou heards for days! Just know, whereever there is a heard, there are wolves close behind watching for the young and weak. Those noises at night are so creepy!! What an amazing experience.

My high school wood shop teacher in 1968 "Harry Owen" surveyed Alaska as his prior job. He did it solo for months at a time. The people he seldom ran in to and the stories about them were incredible. Looking at that country, I can't imagine it. Though in my youth I probably would have enjoyed it.

763k subscribers says it all, congrats. That howling was kind of scary, they`re hungry and they`re teaming up and comunicating with each other. We can put you guys in the middle of nowhere and you always make the best of it, and are eating like kings, that was a large trout, 2 nice meals out of it, those fish sandwiches with your homemade pickles looked fabulous, and of course Areil whipped up a no bake cheese cake with very few items on hand and it looked spectacular. You guys are my favorite, just killing every video, we love em, have a great New Year, we cant wait to see whats in store for 2024, all the best from Michigan.
