Below is this exact same recipe but made into banana bread.
Simply The Best Banana Bread Recipe - It's EASY TOO !

Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups / 300 grams all purpose flour ( plain flour )
1 cup / 200 grams granulated sugar
1/2 cup / 114 grams salted butter
1-1/2 teaspoons / 7 grams baking soda
1/2 teaspoon / 2 grams salt
1 teaspoon / 5 grams vanilla extract
3 ripe large bananas
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon / 1 gram cinnamon
1 cup / 100 grams walnuts
Bake time: 25 minutes @ 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C
This makes 12 regular sized muffins.

Hello K Sid 🙂 Yes ! Self raising flour is simply all purpose flour with baking powder added to it. Where you see any of my recipes that use all purpose flour and baking powder, simply use your flour ( self raising ) and omit the baking powder. Can I just replace the sugar by a little bit of honey? Does it affect the cake? the banana is sweet enough.

Hello ! 😁 Yes you can replace the sugar with honey ! That's a great idea. The sweetness will depend on your taste, you will need to add the honey to make this good. ( don't try it without the honey ) I hope this helps and thank you for watching !

Hi Kierti, you can omit the eggs and add mashed banana, or apple sauce, - if you make other eggless cakes, then maybe you have some other ways of doing this. - Have you watched my egg free chocolate cupcakes ? ....
