It was Blues, but rockified and decibelised into Blues Rock. With charisma and swag to burn. Keep it up and you will reach music nirvana. Hi from Canada- Peace, love and bellbottoms.

Robert Plant, considered the best front man in rock...Jimmy Page guitar, the best guitar player in rock...John Bonham, one of the top drummers in rock..John Paul Jones, bass and keyboards super talented....=greatness.

It’s the BLUES, dudes! It’s a genre. It IS about heartbreak! Zep were masters of blues rock….along with many other genres. But blues was their initial grounding.

In the late sixties, Jimmie Page felt/realized he was one of the best guitar players in the world. He was leaving the wreckage of more than one "number one" Rock band, the most recent being The Yardbirds. He decided to build a band under the operating title of "New Yardbirds." His criterion: He hoped that every member (all younger than 20) would soon prove to be as good as Page in each of their roles in the band. IMHO, it worked out...

And i am about to loose my worried mind listening to led zeppelin for 46 years now nothing can compare to zeppelin know other rock band can even come close to led zeppelin the definition of rock and roll go get them led zeppelin u are the best in every department
