Since I knew that rice can be cooked like this, and learned this method, cooking rice has become so much simpler.
Ingredients:
Rice-----------------------2 Cup
Cabbage----------------250 g
Carrot--------------------30 g
Dried Shrimp---------10 g
Pork Belly--------------100 g
Water---------------------1.6 Cup
Dried Shiitake Mushrooms--4
Light Soy Sauce--------------3 tbsp
Rice Wine---------------1 tbsp
Black Pepper---------- q.s.
