I’ve been taking cultural anthropology at my college this semester and we use your book, videos and challenges as reference to really strive ourselves to be the best we can be. I don’t know why I got so emotional watching this video, maybe it’s because I feel that I need to change my habits and lifestyle to create a better environment for myself and to use my body at its fullest. Don’t stop these projects you are doing, we need more people in the world striving for this kind of life. Thank you for your ideas and insight into real life experiences
