The best one hour ultramarathon workout
In this video I show you what is simultaneously my favorite and least favorite workout! While it’s definitely hard, I think it’s the most effective one hour interval session for ultra runners! Between starting pyllars, my day job, recording podcasts, and other top-secret projects, I haven’t had a ton of time to train recently. So I’ve been doing this session once per week to keep my training quality high while my overall volume is low. It’s great bang-for-buck for the time crunched ultra runner!
