For various reasons, I seem to have collected a lot of the Singer Buttonhole Attachments (No. 86662).
In this video I go through and assess what's in the boxes and find some extra bits on the way.
My intention is to keep a couple of good units, sell some and give away the rest.

Pretty sure I have the one that came with my mother's 1941 Singer my dad got for her the year before they were married (for 55 years)

Thanks for sharing. It’s widely held that these buttonholer make one of the best machine button holes. I have the black one and have a 99k that I use with it, for some reason my 413 low shank doesn’t like it. Please can you do one on buttonholes for slant shank machines as it’s a bit of a minefield and I’ve yet to get the right one for my 401G. Ref the corrosion on the attachment screw don’t forget that some people’s sweat is very corrosive and that the VCI paper won’t stop that.
