I have a Singer Professional 5 but will try this on the fleece track pants that I'm working on. I have changed needles and all that I know to do but It's not doing well on the fleece so far,,,skipped stitches and knotting threads. It stitches other fabrics fine but knits are a real challenge. I like this demonstration - which I am going to try shortly. Other demonstrations suggests disabling the blade to sew the flatlock seam. I bought the Singer Professional 5 for the cover stitching feature to stitch hems and elastics also to use as a design element, mainly on knits. If this does not work out I will be contacting and asking Singer for some help...seriously.

Good grief,my 20 year old Janome serger is easier to thread than this!
