This is workout 7 of Coach Ali's single dumbbell strength training workout series specially made for 40+ years audience. In this workout we focus on back muscles (posterior) as well as Biceps muscles for 30 minutes. The aim of this workout series is to bring you focused strength training workouts using a single dumbbell so you can workout at home with Coach Ali.
If you're focused on muscle size and strength as well as improved bone mineral density then this workout series is for you.
Each super-set involves 40 seconds or dumbbell weights exercise performed twice with very limited break in order to elevate your heart rate in to your fat burning zone while improving your muscles and bones.

Ali, I love your workout and explanations. I want to make a suggestion on the diagram that shows the are of muscles being worked. I would love it if it show the actual name of the muscles working along with the diagram. Thank you for being there with all your knowledge😊

Hi coach ali, love the workouts, question, what exercises can I do to help reduced inner arm creases and a little cellulite, I work out quite a bit, weights, a little cardio, I eat healthy, protein, veggies, good carbs usually not at night, water, etc, appreciate any suggestions thanx

Hi Kathy, I saw your question just now. It was right down the bottom. So by creases do you mean cellulite?
